Tammy is the President of the Orange County Board of Realtors, and the Operating Principal/Realtor of Keller Williams Shoreline with over 510 agents. She opened her first office 16 years ago, and at one time she had three offices. As a businesswoman, Tammy is also the CEO of an escrow company and real estate investment corporations.
Tammy's production has placed her in the top 1% of the agents nationwide, for more than 12 consecutive years. She is so well versed with the area that she became a relocation specialist. For many years she worked with relocating leaders from Boeing, Toyota, Memorial and professors from CSU. She is court expert witness for real estate transactions is a California Association Realtor Director and is known for closing difficult transactions.
As one of the top agents, she continues to help homeowners buy and sell property and create wealth in real estate. Her territory includes both LA and Orange County neighborhoods including: Long Beach, Sunset Beach, Seal Beach, Rossmoor, Los Alamitos, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Signal Hill, Garden Grove, Lakewood, Cerritos, Cypress, La Palma, La Mirada, Whittier, Anaheim, Buena Park, Stanton, Orange,Downey, Bellflower.

She has sold over 640 million dollars of real estate in her career, representing investors, home buyers, sellers and developers.
As an extension of her real estate business, Tammy has been giving back to the community she serves for over 25 years. Tammy is involved in civic and charitable organizations and is also a Rotarian. Soroptimist International Long Beach named her Woman of Distinction in Economic Development. She also has been honored with many leadership awards including Women’s Leadership Award, CAMEO Partner of the year and community partner award, 30 Women to Watch, Businesswoman of the Year.
Tammy also gives back to her profession by her appointments with National Association of REALTORS®, 2014 National WCR Vice President, 2013 State WCR President, and a Director with California Association of REALTORS. Although Tammy is a Businesswoman, she considers her greatest accomplishments as mother, Nana, wife and friend.

PERSONAL
Tammy's commitment is to provide personal service to her clients and to make her city a better place to live and work. She has been a resident of Long Beach, Lakewood, and Los Alamitos for 34 years and is married with two children. She has been an active volunteer locally. Many of her client's become friends and they consider her their REALTOR for life. She prides herself on service and professionalism in all of her real estate transactions.
